30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Log into your account and visit My Orders
- Select the order you want to return
- Click Request Return and follow the prompts
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange through the same return process. Subject to availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
